1. Alcohol

You have probably had a night when you had too much to drink and you have had the urge to go and pee a couple of times in one hour. As it seem, alcohol fiddles with your brain signals and they alert you brain far more often than they should. Do not drink a lot of alcohol.

2. Caffeine

Chocolate, coffee and tea contain acid that has always annoyed the bladder, especially if you already have sensitive bladder. Caffeine is also a diuretic and it flushes fluids from the body. That is the reason that sometimes you are dry-mouthed after drinking coffee.

3. Acid Foods

Pineapple, citrus fruits, grapes, tomatoes, apples, cranberries,condiments like vinegar, salad dressings, ketchup, and everything else that is high in acid can aggravate the bladder. An easy way of checking if the condiment is rich in acid is to read the ingredients. The vinegar is considered an acid as well.

4. Artificial Sweeteners

Stop consuming artificial sweeteners and wait for the results. They are harmful and unhealthy anyway and as such are infamous bladder irritants. Your problems might decrease after you stop using them.

5. Spicy Food

Spicy food can aggravate the bladder. Everybody loves spicy food but it can cause much more than watery eyes. Horseradish and onions count in this so you should try and find nonirritating versions of some of your favorite spices. Try to pull seeds and cores from peppers, or replace the onion with shallots. You can also cook the onion and reduce heat.

6. Fizzy Drinks

If you already have a bladder that is easily irritated, the best thing you should do is that you stop consuming fizzy drinks like club soda, tonic water and many others. All of this can make the overactive bladder even worse.
If you urinate 4 to 10 times in a 24 hour period, it is considered normal. However, if you urinate more that the normal, you should consult your doctor. There are many other reasons for this and it can be symptom of diabetes or other health issue.
