Today, he’s regularly taking part in numerous athletic events. Also, he’s member of cycling clubs and gum, and has completed the Tough-Mudder event. Jones is participating in many half marathons and a hundred mile race which was in Wales.
Jones consumes homemade and healthy juices for his breakfast and for lunch. During the teatime, he is eating vegetables and fish instead of chips and sausages as he used to do it before.
